Ticketing Policies & General Info
Doors open 30 minutes prior to performance.
Ticket purchasing and Will Call are available 30 minutes prior to each performance, however, we encourage you to purchase tickets in advance to avoid the long lines at Will Call or the Ticket table.
Ticket delivery: Because we are committed to providing exceptional customer care, all orders are processed by hand rather than electronically, so tickets are not guaranteed immediately. This procedure enables us to contact you directly if there are any questions or problems and better ensures that we fulfill your specific order to your satisfaction. Delivery of tickets is usually within five to seven business days. For mail orders, please allow 2 weeks for process and delivery. Tickets purchased online one week before the performance will be held at Will Call. Will Call tickets must be picked up the night of the performance by the card holder. Alternate names for will call will not be allowed.
Please do not place online orders the day of the show as we cannot guarantee confirmation of sale. Tickets may be available at the door the night of the performance.
Discounted tickets: Individuals 55 years and older qualify for the senior discount, if applicable. These tickets can be purchased online and at the door. Individuals 10 to 18 years old or those with a valid student I.D. qualify for the $10 Student discount. These tickets are available at the door ONLY. Children under 10 are always free, however, we respectfully requests only children over the age of four attend concerts.
Group Sales: Groups of 10 or more are eligible to receive a 20% discount off ticket prices in any ticket price category. Please contact the Box Office Manager for more information or to order group tickets.
Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued after the ticket order has been processed. If you are unable to attend a concert, you may exchange your ticket(s) for another concert or return your ticket(s) for resale at least one week prior to the performance date and receive a full tax deduction for the purchase price. Please contact the Box Office Manager to request an exchange.
Complimentary Tickets: Individuals who have received complimentary tickets must redeem them at the Will Call table the night of the performance. These tickets are good for any seat and on a "space available" basis.
Lost Tickets: Contact the Box Office Manager and a duplicate ticket voucher will be issued (at no charge) for you to pick up on the day of the show. However, the box office must have a record of the original order in the ticketing database.
Latecomers: To minimize disruptions, patrons will be seated by the House Manager at appropriate pauses in the concert according to the conductor's wishes. We recommend you arrive to the venue 30 minutes prior to the start of the performance to provide yourself with ample time to find parking and take your seat. Online directions and parking information are available for all venues on our concert page.
Electronic Equipment: Please remember to turn off all cell phones, pagers, watch alarms and other sound-emitting devices before entering the venue. Cameras and recording devices of any type are not permitted at any performance. Violators are subject to removal.
Other Neighborly Considerations: We want everyone to enjoy the performances, so we seek your help in respecting the needs of others. Coughing, while unavoidable, can be quite distracting. If possible, please try to refrain from coughing until an appropriate break in the program, or, if the cough persists, consider excusing yourself to the lobby. And please unwrap any lozenges or other products before the performance starts. We appreciate your kindness and understanding.
Patrons with Special Needs: We wish to make our concerts accessible to all. If you have disability-related needs, please contact us at (408) 279-0161. The earlier we hear from you, the better able we will be to accommodate your needs.
Lost and Found: If you lost something while attending a performance, please give us a call at (408) 279-0161 to see if the item was found. Items will only be kept for 30 days.
